2 years of Democrats... fun.[/sarcasm]

If you couldn't tell from that, I'm Republican. Although this blog will not be entirely political. If I can find a way to make categories, I'll do that. If I can't, well you'll be seeing some crazy stuff.

So from Yahoo!... (11/08/2006)
House : 196 (R) / 229 (D) / 10 I don't know...
33 Seat advantage Democrat
Senate : 49 (R) / 50 (D) / 1 (I)
1 Seat advantage Democrat
I know those 10 seats in the house will get clarified soon enough, but even if they all go to the Democrat, they will still only have about 55% of the vote. No super majority, it doesn't matter.

Stats that you probably all know about and have seen.

The main thing that's on my mind today is, where is the voter fraud? Last two presidential elections, and I'm fairly sure the 2002 elections (Can't recall 100%) had the Democrats demanding recounts and many to this day will state that Bush stole the 2000 elections. But now the Democrats have won and you hear very little complaining if any. If voter fraud is so prevalent in the United States, shouldn't it be taking place this election as well? Really my main point here is that; I think the Democrats are sore losers.

Branching off that, look at the Republican response. There's no yelling. Myself, I looked at the lack of a super majority. Bush still has the power to veto, the Democrats don't have complete power. Two years from now we can try this again, and the Republican's can try again, but I expect a Republican rebound by 2010. Bush is hurting the Republican party, even I'll admit that, and by that point Bush's effects will be diminished. But 2008, the Republican's should be able to remove themselves from Bush. But back to the point. The Democrats only have two years to do their damage to America. I'm sure the Republicans can keep it somewhat in check. Though this election was important, there are always others. And the sixth year midterm always hurts the party in power, its always been that way.

Anyway, there's my first blog. Just had to get this election stuff off my chest. I have no idea how often I'll update this, but it's always possible I'll do this regularly.
